Black Hawks Registration Process

Quick Version:

  • 1. Enter the registration site by clicking on "Register Now!" from our website. (May not work when using a MAC with OPERA Browser.  Please use Safari or Firefox browsers.)  We will also have a downloadable AP for iPhones and iPads coming soon.
  • 2. When you enter the site you will see all of our offerings as well as the Sign-in link located on the top right of this site.  Click on the Sign-in to begin Parent Registration.
  • 3. Parents will complete the family profile by entering their information and creating a login.
  • 4. Next, add your family members (player's) profiles by clicking on the youth figure in the upper left corner above the parent profile (It has a little + within the figure). There have been a few problems associated with the DOB (Date of Birth) field when creating the players profile.  Those issues should now be resolved, however please contact our Director Jim Irwin if you have any issues with registering.
  • 5. Click on the Blue Links to see additional information about our clinics 
  • 6. Decide on choice of Boot Camps, Summer Skills / Scrimmages, or a combination of both. Each are offered in various group sizes to fit your summer schedule. We have also broken down each group to show the value per session.  Cost per session drops with each larger sized group of clinics.
  • 8. Add all of your selections to the cart and complete checkout.
  • 9. Use your VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. We will also continue to accept cash or checks, however there are no payment plans during the summer.
  • 10. We have made our clinic schedules family friendly this Summer. You will not be registering for specific clinics dates/times. Once you have purchased your group of clinics (Boot Camps, Summer Skills / Scrimmages, or a combination of both) you can redeem them at any time. Just drop in. The only stipulation is that when redeeming Boot Camp sessions they can only be used for Boot Camps and the same for Summer Skills / Scrimmage sessions. If you have redeemed all sessions before the end of summer and want to attend additional clinics simply go back on line and select additional sessions to your shopping cart. Keep in mind that sessions do not roll over to the next season and there are no refunds for unused sessions at the end of the summer clinics.

About Sports Club CRM Registration System:

Black Hawks Volleyball will be using Sports Club CRM this season to handle online registration. This new process will streamline player registration for Summer Skills, Boot Camps, and Tryouts.

Besides registering for clinics this new system will allow parents to create profiles for each child with contact information, medical information, and player stats with easy access to update this information online as necessary.

The initial online creation of profiles will take about as much time as did the old paper documents. Once your family profile and individual player profiles are created you will not need to do them again. Each season you will simply go in to update phone numbers, change of address, medical information, emergency contacts, etc. 

A parent or guardian will create a profile for themselves first and then add players to their family profile.

Once a player’s profile is created you will be able to register for any of our offerings, including Camps, Clothing, Black Hawks window stickers, etc. Click on an item and it will be added to your shopping cart. Check out will be simple and convenient and you will be able to pay by credit card.

Most major credit cards will be accepted during checkout. This includes Visa, Master Card, and Discover. At this time American Express is not included but may be included in the future.

We will continue to accept Checks or Cash, however our preferred method is with online purchase by credit card. We are not offering payment plans during the summer programs. During the Club season after tryouts we will be accepting payments either in one full payment or in a payment schedule. If paying by check or cash please remit the full amount for the program registered for. Checks are made out to Black Hawks Volleyball Club. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sports Club CRM charges a “per order” fee of $5. We will encourage parents to group all of their purchases to save the cost of multiple fees. This can greatly add up if registering for Single Skill Sessions one at a time. For that reason we have offered groups of skills (by the month, by the summer) at greatly reduced costs when ordered combined.

Navigating around the Registration page is quite simple. If all of our programs are not shown when you enter this page, simply click on the “Registration” button and all of our programs will appear. Click on the Blue Links to see more detailed information about that offering.

If you have difficulty refreshing the screen with your browser you can click on the “League” button and then back to the “Registration” button.

Black Hawks Volleyball requires 4 forms to be completed for registration. By Mid-July these forms will be online for you to complete and print. For registrations prior to this function going online please click on the link on our homepage titled: “Forms Packet Here”. Open each of the 4 links, print, complete, sign where required, and bring with you to the first clinic.
